The Helix MTF Indicator and Helix Adaptive Strategy are technical analysis tools. They are not predictive systems, and they cannot know future price movement.

HelixStrat does not execute trades for you. HelixStrat does not monitor your brokerage account. HelixStrat does not place, modify, cancel, or manage trades in your account.

TradingView plan limitations may affect how many indicators, strategies, alerts, charts, or layouts you can use. HelixStrat is not responsible for TradingView account restrictions, TradingView service interruptions, TradingView feature changes, TradingView data behavior, TradingView outages, or TradingView platform limitations.

10. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND SERVICES

HelixStrat may rely on third-party platforms and services, including TradingView, Squarespace, Stripe, payment processors, email providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, cloud storage tools, and other technology or business service providers.

HelixStrat is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, policies, pricing, functionality, outages, changes, or actions of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
